Shipping

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Within Poland, your package will be delivered between 1 – 3 working days from the date of your confirmation. For those outside Poland, we will send you your shipment confirmation plus the courier’s details of arrivals.
Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. If your country is not listed, just write us an email here: info@agatinia.com

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipments are sent depending on the option selected, by mail or courier.

Payment

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept the following payments: Paypal, PayU, bank transfer and Cash on Delivery (Poland only)
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Whether making a bank transfer, or paying via Paypal and DotPay, your payment is encrypted, therefore completely secure.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?
Click on the product that interests you, along with the size and color choice (if the product requires it), click ‘Add to Cart’ and proceed with the payment process.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Until you finalize the order, you can edit the content of your cart adding and removing the existing products. Once you order, the change is possible only by canceling and submitting a new order.

The exception is to change the delivery address. If you want to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us. Do not forget to include your order number and the full address details. All of this can be found in the mail confirming the receipt of the products by the store Agatinia.

Do I need an account to place an order?
We encourage you to open an account to place orders. This way it will be easier for you to track them, cancel if need be, update your personal info and receive the latest from Agatinia® in our quarterly newsletter. But since you asked — no, you don’t need an account to place an order.
How Do I Track My Order?
Currently we enable checking your order status (whether it is processed, paid, etc.). Soon, in order to facilitate the receipt of orders, we will introduce the possibility of tracking.
How Can I Return a Product?
You can return the goods in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of sending it to our address together with a completed return form or contact us and discuss the details of the reception.
